The tournament was attended by players from Poland, Ukraine, Belarus and Slovakia. The Association of Persons with Disabilities, their families and friends "Prometeus" in Konopiska has been organizing such tournaments for seven years now. This year's tournament was held under the auspices of the Ministry of Sport and Tourism - State Secretary John Wider, mayors of the Czestochow district and Konopiska. Media coverage of this event was in charge of TVP3 Katowice.

More than 100 racers from 20 clubs have been able to measure their strength, competing in the following categories: BC1, BC2, BC3, BC4 and BC5 by Team OPEN. It was played on 12 courts, with up to 122 matches played. Most of the participants were from domestic Poland, Belarus was represented by one, Ukraine with two clubs. Slovak Republic was also represented by players from two clubs, namely The OMD Club Farfalletta Žilina and TAU Social Services Center in Turie.

Our Slovak boccists did not succeed too much in the tournament. TAU Turie team in integrated boccia for the first time since it praticipates this tournament (2014) left it without a medal. In category BC3, 2 players were representing us, the highest ranked - Ľubka Škvarnová fought into the quarter finals. Miroslav Bielak did not even score from the group.
In category BC5 Branka Soročinová also did not come from the group, but Ľuboš Kondela - Indi won our only medal award - a silver in this category. He was defeated by the only player, this year's gold Rafal Stašiak.
